Yes both are correct

That's bcoz, distance is the total path covered from the starting point to the final point

Whereas displacement is the shortest path btw start and end point.

If the starting point and the end point are the same, then distance covered would be the circumference and displacement would be 0(as you have reached the same place where you have and there is no distance btw the start and end point)
