For example you can take the case of our galaxy and Andromeda galaxy. Both of the galaxies r pulling each other closer due to their gravitational pull. Same u can take of asteroids, hey crash into any celestial body due to its gravitational pull (gravity is only present in celestial bodies) when they r close to it.
