1. after elections, first there is a floor test that happens so that we can see that assembly houses of the state or the houses of parliament can trust the union and the state governments or not..

2. while they are presenting the budget to the assembly houses and the parliament houses respectively, they can either accept the budget or reject it or suggest some changes in it.

3. before any bill is passed by the assembly houses or the parliament, a thorough discussion takes place through three sessions not remebering the exact term right now, so i hope u all understand simultaneously in both the houses of parliament for the union government matters and assembly houses for the matters of the state governments..

4. power sharing takes place between the parliament and the union government and between the state governments and assembly houses to ensure that governance is happening in a smooth and democratic manner at both the union and the state level respectively.
