For basic development of any Democratic country it's essential that the people of different classes and backgrounds must be offered equal measures to develop their basic standards of living..... to implement this fact.....the Constitution of India mentions this "Right of Equality"
From many aeons there have been discrimination and prejudices made on basis of creed , colour , religion, sex or belief....so to remove this practice from society .......The Right To Equality has been implemented for GENERAL WELFARE
