An important part of the fundamental rights is the right to equality .it is the only right which makes all the people in the country regardless of caste, race, sex etc., with unity.without this right, every person will be forecasted into various groups. so it helps to protect the citizens of India against discrimination

Right to equality is one of the important law which balance the equality in country.
Where each and every member has equal rights.
There is no discrimination regarding castes,gender,religion.
