- Sunday - Cheat Day
- Monday - Cardio Day
- Tuesday - Muscle building Exercises
- Wednesday - Aerobics
- Thursday - Weight loss Exercises
- Friday - Zumba
- Saturday - Stretches, Pilate and Yoga
I work out for six days in a week and take rest on Sundays. I begin the week with cardio work out in order to build out my stamina after the cheat day. I alternate my workout between calorie burnout and muscle building in order to achieve a lean and mean shape.
