  • Sunday - Cheat Day
  • Monday - Cardio Day
  • Tuesday - Muscle building Exercises
  • Wednesday - Aerobics
  • Thursday - Weight loss Exercises
  • Friday - Zumba
  • Saturday - Stretches, Pilate and Yoga

I work out for six days in a week and take rest on Sundays. I begin the week with cardio work out in order to build out my stamina after the cheat day. I alternate my workout between calorie burnout and muscle building in order to achieve a lean and mean shape.
