1. Over supply of energy is when our body has too much energy, more than it needs. An over supply of energy is bad for our body.

2. An under supply of energy is when our body has less energy than it needs. This is also bad for our body.

3. Over supply is more dangerous as it leads to energy being wasted and can also lead to complications in the future. You can become overweight too.

4. 'lack' or 'lacking' is the opposite of 'excess'

5. If we regularly eat more kilojoules than our body needs, the excess will be stored as body fat. Achieving or maintaining a healthy weight is all about balancing energy we take in and energy we burn.
