Read these lines :
If we take in more energy than we consume. the excess is converted into
fat. This fat is stored in our body, and makes us fatter. If we take in less
energy than we are consuming, our body draws from the fat already stored
in it, and we become thinner. An over-supply of energy is as harmful as it
under-supply.
Now answer these questions :
1. What do you mean by over-supply of energy ?
2. What do you mean by under-supply of energy ?
3. Which is more harmful - over-supply or under-supply of energy?
4. Give the opposite of 'excess'.
