0-1 Your elder sister recently bought an electric scooter from M/s
Okinawa Scooters, 119, first floor, JMD Megapolis, Sector 48, Sohna
Road, Gurugram, Haryana. The scooter developed a snag in its battery
after just one week of purchase. Repeated visit to the dealer has not been
helpful in getting the problem solved. Now, write a letter of complaint to
the Customer Care Manager of the company complaining against the
poor service by the dealer and asking for a replacement of the faculty
scooter.
In your letter you should say
• What model you had bought and when
• What problem it has and how the dealer has not been able to fix it
• What you would like the company to do now
