We have purchased sports equipment in a lump on 25th May 2019. The receipt number is 3232.

We have received the delivery on time i.e., 30th May 2019.  This is to inform you that when we opened the packages, we found that there were faulty pieces of equipment. We assume that it is due to the improper means of transit.

Request you to take immediate necessary actions and replace the damaged items as soon as possible as the re-opening of the school is quite close.  Awaiting for your quick response.
