companies have been caught for peddling mediocre products, using wild claims like
'scientifically proven' with ‘guaranteed results’. Given below are the pictures of two such
advertisements which were sued by the consumers for misleading information and cheating the
consumers.
Nutella's claim that it's made
of hazelnuts, skim milk, and "a
hint of cocoa" earned it a
lawsuit for false advertising.
Coca-Cola marketed Vitaminwater by

radicals." When sued for making the
claim, Coke responded that they
