members in regard to conflict. Explain the different types of conflict we
generally observe in case of the employees working in a manufacturing
organization. State the strategies usually adopted by the management of 21"
century for managing the conflict optimally. Narrate the effectiveness of the
different styles of conflict handling. You are also requested to throw some
lights on the preventive measures which are generally being adopted by the
modem management to prevent the occurrence of conflict in an organization
