Step-by-step explanation:

for example take two numbers 3 and 9

3 + 9 = 12 which is a natural/ whole number

Hence is closed under addition.

for subtraction.

3 - 9 = -6 which is not a natural/whole number ie; -6

Hence is not closed under subtraction.

for multiplication

3 × 9 = 27 which Is a natural number

hence is closed under multiplication.

for division-

3 × 9 = 3/9 = 3×1/3×3 = 7/3 which is not a natural number

hence is not closed under division.

Hope it helps you!✌️
