Assume people’s birthdays are uniformly distributed amongst 365 days in a year (ignore the leap years). What is the minimum number of people that you must collect in a room to be sure that at least two share a birthday?

The answer is 366

As all the birthdays are uniformly distributed amongst 365 days, so, occurrence of “Atleast 2 shares a birthday” will be 366, because, everyone will have their birthday on different days, but the 366th person have to share his birthday with someone else as there are only 365 days except for the leap year.
