if it's a comprehension based question then you have to first read it thoroughly twice or thrice before the examination starts....as the question paper will be given few minutes before exam starts. so you read it thoroughly and then answer the questions. if you find it difficult, then I would suggest you first complete all other questions and then look into the text-based question.
