The answer is 36°
Now each segment of the circle is 18°[since 360/20=18]
And side xy is the diameter of the circle
Now ZOY/2=ZXY
Then ZOY = 4×18=72(Z is 15point and Y is 11point )
Then ZXY= 72/2 = 36
