Assume that we jump from a very tall building like Burj Khalifa and land into a 100ft deep pool. We do not hit the floor of the pool but we still die. Why does the water act like concrete when we fall into it from a very high altitude?

when water is striked with great force the molecules of water comes closer and acts as molecules of solid matter. But after the force is removed the molecules go back to their original place.

Is there anyway one can survive that fall? I mean leg first landing or something?
