Dear Siddharth,

Hope you are doing well. I have been in a dilemma for few weeks, so I am writing this letter to seek your advice.

You are very well aware that I have been writing for an annual magazine published at my school for two years. I have also been awarded for my work from my school as well as other schools.

I want to take a step forward in my writing skill by starting as a columnist in a local newspaper. I want to know whether it is the right decision or not. I also want to know if I am ignoring or if I lack certain abilities which are a must for the position. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Love,

Naman Joshi.
