The Final statement is true.

Given Statements are:

1) All the members of the swim team went to the swim meet.

2) Sally did not go to the swim meet.

3) Sally is not a member of the swim team.

Given that the first two statements are true.

So from the first statement, we can say that all the members of the swim team went to the swim meet. therefore, if someone is a member of the swim team he/she must have gone for the swim meet.

From the second statement, we can see that Sally did not go to the swim meet therefore we can conclude that Sally is not a member of the swim team.

Therefore the final statement is true.
