Mobility is drift velocity per unit electric field. Let us denote mobility of electron with μe

μe = vd / E = e E t /m E = e t / m

We have derived the relation of resistance previously. (check your other answer)

R = m L / ne2 A t

From this we know

Resistivity ρ = m / ne2 t

And

Conductivty

σ = ne2 t/m = ne (et/m)

σ = ne μe
