and asking what will be the electric field at surface of atom . so,

charge(q)  = ze , 79 * 1.6* 10^-19 c = 1.26 *10^-17 c .

-) elctric field = kq/r^2 = 9*10^9* 1.26*10^-17 / (10^-10)^2  

= 1.13*10^13 N/C
