The remaining sets will work as it is a series circuit. If it is parallel, all other will stop working. Since, they are connected in series, TV will stop but others will work.

- As we know that a series circuit comprises a path along which the whole current flows through each component.
- From the given statement we can say that the tv set, radio, flat iron, and refrigerator are connected in a series of circuits which means the current flows in the series is flows through each object.
- Therefore when we turn off one of the objects then all the objects will stop working.
Hence, the tv set, radio, flat iron, and refrigerator are connected in a series of circuits and if we turn off the tv set then all of the three remaining appliances will stop working.
