Required Answer:-

The type of motion in which a object moves around a circular path and changes its direction continuously is known as circular motion.

Speed is a scalar quantity which only needs it's magnitude to be defined. Hence, a body following a circular path and having constant speed, is known as Uniform circular motion (♜)

Note!!

In a Uniform circular motion, only the speed is constant but not the velocity and acceleration. Velocity and accleration are also defined by their directions. The direction of the object is continuously changing, hence they are not uniform.

How to find their directions?

  • The direction of velocity is towards the tangent of a moving body around the circular path.

  • The direction of accleration is changing as well, bit directed towards the centre, along the radius.

\huge{\boxed{\boxed{\sf{\red{Required \:Answer:-}}}}}

A type of motion which moves along a circular path is known as circular motion.  For example in daily life:-

  • A satellite orbiting the Earth.
  • The Giant wheel

A stone describes a circular path with a constant speed, This motion is called uniform circulatory motion. For example in daily life:-

  • A fan's blades
  • Motion of cyclist in a circular track.

There are how many kinds of motion?

There are 8 kinds of motion:-

  1. Circular Motion
  2. Oscillatory motion
  3. Periodic Motion
  4. Curvilinear Motion
  5. Rectilinear Motion
  6. Translatory Motion
  7. Perioidic Motion
  8. Non-Periodic Motion
