At 27° C temperature 20 gram H₂, 220 gram CO₂ and 140 gram N₂ are filled in a vessel having volume 2 litre. Find the total pressure in bar unit and which gas is removed from the vessel so that pressure can be reduced by 50%.

Give us a chance to consider that the gas is perfect gas.

Here, weight is consistent.

Volume is steady as volume of gas is really volume of compartment which isn't changing, gas is simply getting away out.

Along these lines, no. of particles changes if at first there were n atoms now 1/3 escape out so we are left with 2/3 atoms.

Subsequently, no. of particles =2/3 n Using, perfect gas condition we have, PV=nRT.
