subtract 468 from 764 and you'll get the answer. by the ways, it's 296

=> No. of books sold on the opening day= 764books

=> No. of more books sold on the next day= 468books

THEREFORE , No. of books less the next day = (no. of books sold first day-no. of books sold next day)

=764-468

=296
