At a camp site there are tents of two shades one made with black fabric and the other with white fabric. Which one will you prefer for resting on a hot summer afternoon? Give reason for your choice. Would you like to prefer the same tent during winter ?

On a sunny day, a white tent would be more preferable as white reflects the heat, while black absorbs heat. If a black tent was used in place of white, the heat would increase inside the tent as a result of heat absorption. Whereas, on a cold day, a black tent would be advisable as the black tent would keep the tent warm (it absorbs heat)
