To find :

Solution :

• Let the total nunber of spectators be x

According to question, a cricket match is 2/7 of spectators then,

》2/7 - 1 = 7 - 2 / 7 = 5/7

and also given 15000 is the number of spectators in open so,

• Number of spectators in open = 5/7 × total number of spectators

》15000 = 5/7 × Total number of spectators

》Total number of spectators = 15000 ÷ 5/7

》Total number of spectators = 15000 × 7/5

》Total number of spectators = 21000

Hence , Total number of spectators is 21000
