So the total amount of people is 437, there are 261 people is 6 seaters and if there are an equal amount of 6 and 4 seaters then you need to subtract 437 and 261 and you get 176. And then because 4 people at a time on a 4 seater well obviously cause it's a 4 seater. But, 176/4 is 44 and 261/6 is 43.5 and if you round up it is 44 so therefore the answer is 44.
