Answer:

See there is Only one sun and this will make shadows of both building and flash at same time .

Height of flash =7m

Shadow casts by flash =8.2m

In ratio it is 7 : 8. 2 m

It is proportional or it is equal to height and shadow of building which is height of shadow : shadow of Building

Take height of building be x Metre

Now 7 : 8.2 : : x: 20.5

Product of means = 8.2x

Product of extremes = 20.5 × 7= 143.5

8.2x = 143.5

x = 143.5 / 8.2

x=17.5 m

Hence height of Building is 17 . 5 Metre
