Draw a triangle ABC such that AB is the tower and BC is the length of the shadow.

∠B=90°

∠C=30°

tan 30°=1/√3=AB/BC

AB√3=BC

BC=45 m

So AB= BC/√3

On rationalising,

AB=(BC√3)/3

AB= (45√3)/3

AB=15√3 m

∴Height of tower is 15√3 m
