At a particular time the length of the shadow of a building whose height is 80m is 100m. What will be the height of an electric pole, the length of whose shadow of the same time is 35m.

\mapsto \textbf {Shadow \ of \ the \ electric \ pole \ has \ a \ length \ of \ = 35 \ m}

 

 =    \therefore  \textbf { Length \ of \ the \ electric \ pole =} \bold{\frac{80} {100} \times 35 m}

\bold{= \frac { 8 }{10} \times 35 m} \bold{= \frac { 4 }{ 5 } \times 35 m}  \textbf{=28 m}
