Given : At Aadi sale, Mani bought a pair of shoes for 1890 at a discount of 10%.

To Find  " the marked price of that pair of shoes

(A) 1880

(B)1900

(C) 2100

(D) 2210

Solution:

Let say Marked price  = M

Discount = 10 %  = (10/100)M = 0.1M

Price after discount = M - 0.1M = 0.9M

0.9M = 1890

=> M  =  2100

Marked price of shoes =  2100
