Let total number of votes polled be x

Number of invalid votes=68

Number of valid votes=x−68

then according to question

(52−48)%of(x−68)=98

4%of(x−68)=98

100

4

+(x−68)=98

x−68=98+25

x=2450+68

x=2518

Therefore total votes polled=2518,,,,,,,,HOPE IT HELPSSSSSS
