At higher altitudes air becomes rarer and amount of oxygen per liter of air decrease. Increase in all of the following would compensate decrease for performing normal biological functions of our body, except
The concentration of haemoglobin
The number of red blood cells
The rate of breathing
The temperature of the body

The air becomes rare and also the oxygen per liter in the air gets decreases at the higher altitudes.

Raising the temperature of the body, the number of red blood cells and the rate of breathing compensate decreases for doing the normal biological function of the body but the concentration of haemoglobin does not help.
