Decrease, because at high altitude the atmospheric pressure is less therefore on heating a liguid the vapour pressure of the liquid will take lesser time to become equal to atmospheric pressure as boiling point is the temperature at which the vp of a liquid becomes equal to the atmospheric pressure.
