you should take a headphone..
and on a soft study concentrate music (you can download it from youtube)..
and this music have not any song so it will not disturb and make you free from many distractions

It Depends on its way of talking. Call Police If they don't listen if they are rude. if they are polite talk politely or give them a situation if there children have to suffer with the same thing
