At present a man's age is three times that of his son.15 years hence,the man age would be twice his son's age.how old is the father at present

let the, Age of the man=3x
and the age of his son=x

it is given that the man would be twice his son's age after 15years

3x+15=2(x+15)
=>3x+15=2x+30
=>3x-2x+15=30
=>x=30-15
=>x=15
there , his father age at present=3x
=3×15
=45years
