at present a tank contain 325litre of water and it is 65percent full .Find its full capacity .how much litre of water must be added into it so that it is 90percent full?​

Let total capacity of the tank be 'x'

Let 'm' be the vol of water in the tank when it is 90% filled

Vol of water when 65% full:

0.65*x=325 .... (i)

Vol of water when 90% full:

0.90*x= m ..... (ii)

Dividing (ii) by (i)

90/65 = m/325

m = 450L

Therefore the volume of water to be added into the tank so that it is 90% full

= 450-325

=125 L
