Answer:

Let the present age of nisha be x

Asha's age is 2 more than square of Nisha's age i.e.,x2+2

In second situation age of Nisha is x2+2

Age of asha is one less than 10 times the present age of Nisha

i.e.,10x−1

In both the situations the age gap between them will be same

So x2+2−x=10x−1−x2−2

2x2−11x+5=0

2x2−10x−x+5=0

2x(x−5)−1(x−5)=0

(2x−1)(x−5)=0x=5,21

So the present age of Nisha is 5 and present age of Asha is

(5)2+2=27

hope it helps you
