From the given question consider,

age of Sujatha = 'y' years

age of Sujatha's father = 'x' years

Given, that her father's age is 26 years more than sujata, then the equation will be.

father's\_age=sujatha\_age+26\\x = y +26

∴The required relation between the ages in two variables is x = y+26
