According to the question,
x + y = 60

Their ages after 15 years are (x +15) years and (y + 15) years.

So sum of their ages after 15 years = (x + 15) + ( y + 15)
= x + y + 30
= 60 + 30
= 90 years
Therefore sum of their ages after 15 years is 90 years.
