Answer:

20 years

15 years

Step-by-step explanation:

Let Thenmozhi's age be x and Murli's age be y.

At present, Thenmozhi's age is 5 years now than Murli's age. So

x = y + 5 ___________(i)

5 years ago,

Thenmozhi's age = x-5

Murli's age = y-5

The ratio of their age = 3:2

So, (x-5)/(y-5) = 3:2

→ 2(x-5) = 3(y-5)

2x = 3y - 5____________(ii)

Solving equations (i) and (ii), we get:

y = 15

so, x = 20

Thenmozhi's present age, x = 20 years.

Murli's present age, y = 15 years
