We will take 27°c as 300k ..... rms = √3rt/m

(1930)^2 = 3*8.314*300/m

M = 3*8.314*300/1930*1930 as there is root we will square the 1930 ..

M = 0.0020088

Then if we will shift the point it will become...

M = 2 * 10^-3
