Answer:

I will tell the teacher who is at fault, not because we are afraid of being punished but because it is the right thing to do.

My classmate must be held accountable because our teacher was injured because of what he/she did. After telling my teacher who did that to her I will tell my classmate to apologise to my teacher and face the consequences of his/her mistakes. Afterwards I will go to the clinic and check on my teacher with my classmate and tell her that we will no longer be naughty and noisy.
