Yes, in the end of the story bholi was totally change bcoz she have self confidence and faith on own. this is bcoz she is educated now and knows what is wrong and right
also this change in bholi is because of her school teacher who makes bholi strong and helps her to say her matter in front of everyone and also she helps her to remove her stammer.
also now bholi was strong and more intelligent so she refused to marry bishamber nath bcoz he is a greedy person and demands dowry from bholi's father
