AT THE TIME OF FERTILIZATION IN FLOWERING PLANT...A MATURE SEED IS FORMED FROM SINGLE OVULE.....WHAT HAPPEN TO OTHER OVULES WHOSE EMBROSAC HAVE NOT BEEN FERTILISED??..BECAUSE OVARY IS MULTI OVULATED

All the other ovules will also form seed only no matter if there are matured or not as embryo sac changes to endosperm n embryo

Development when the fruit will fall and start to degrade than the seeds will appear and will start growing after getting favourable conditions for their developement
i do not agree with your point
coz the chromosome number of egg cell will remain (n) ...if the embryosac is not fertilised
so how can you grow an angiosperm plant from (n) number of chromosome
according to me a seed just require conditions to grow and the fertilized seed grows into fruit but remaining are inside the fruit as seed which will develop after getting favourable conditions
i agree that they require favourable condition to grow.....but what about chromosome number
