∠A = 90° and AB=AC

we know that

in isosceles triangle angle opposite to equal sides are equal

                         ∠B = ∠C                       ------- ( i )      

sum of all angles in triangle is equal to 180°     ( properties of Δ )

                    ∠A+∠B+∠C = 180°

                  90° +∠B +∠B = 180°                       [ from ( i ) ]

                        2∠B =  90°

                         ∠B = 45°

         ∴    ∠B = ∠C = 45°  or    base angles are 45°
