The pace of development becomes faster when the entire nation is educated and employed. With the help of education, one gets more empowered and receives more exposure also. There is less crime and more peace. Society leads to a positive growth of development. The youth moves on the right track and on a progressive note if educated and employed. The democratic rules and regulations and respected and adhered to rather than foreseen as unimportant and forceful. Then the entire nation works together hand in hand for the complete progressive growth and development.

In order to improve the pace of development. It is imperative for a country to have the following:

1. A well develop infrastructure such as roads, gas, electricity for all people
2. A good transport infrastructure, i.e. working airports, shipping lines etc.
3. A good communication infrastructure, such as internet, telephones etc
4. Basic health facilities for everyone, because you can never be productive if you do not get affordable high quality healthcare.
5.Education, because all children and adults need to have good basic education to become successful in life
6. Good Higher education, so this means good universities, colleges so graduates can be successful and compete globally
7. Low Corruption and Rule of Law, without this, politicians will be corrupt and there will be the law of the jungle

So all of the above, if achieved by a country, will catapult them to success and high productivity. Examples include most of western Europe in the aftermath of World War 2
