for concave mirror
f = -10cm
hight of the object (H)= + 2cm
hight of the image (h)= +6cm
m=h/H
=6/2 =>3 cm
but we know that the image is virtual and erect so,
m=-v/u
3=-6/u
u =-2cm

f=-10
h'/h=-v/u=-6/2
ie -v/u=3
ie v=-3u
1/f=1/v+1/u
ie 1/-10=1/-3u+1/u
Taking lcm
1/-10=-2/-3u
ie-3u=20
u=20/-3
Now v=-3u
Therefore v=-3*20/-3
Therefore v= 20
And thats what v have 2 find
