At what distance from the mean position
is the speed of a particle performing
S.H.M. half its maximum speed. Given
path length of S.H.M. = 10 cm.
answer=since, path lenght is 10 cm,so A=5cm(half of path length).
V=Vmax/2=wa/2....(since half its maximum speed)
now,V=w√A2-x2....(a square-x square)...1
now put V=wa/2 in 1
you will finally get,
x=4.32 cm.
